                                  2017级人文地理与城乡规划专业培养方案
                                  一、培养目标
                                  本专业培养具有较高的社会职业素养、沟通合作意识和一定的国际视野,具备城乡土地规划及其管理的基本理论和基本技能,能在国土资源管理部门、城市建设管理机构、城乡土地规划设计单位、房地产开发企业等从事资源调查、评价、规划设计和管理等工作的高素质应用型人才。
                                  本专业毕业生毕业五年之后预计能达到以下目标:
                                  1.具备扎实的数学、地理学等自然科学基础知识和良好的人文社会科学素养,具有不断学习、适应发展的能力,能适应社会经济不断发展的需要。
                                  2.掌握城乡土地规划的基础理论和专业知识,能在国土资源管理部门、城市建设管理机构、房地产开发企业从事与城乡土地规划相关的管理工作,或在城乡土地规划设计单位从事资源调查、评价、规划设计等方面的技术工作。
                                  3.具有扎实的计算机和3S技术知识和技能,具备较强的专业拓展能力。
                                  4.具有系统观和可持续发展观,熟悉城乡土地开发相关安全、环保法律法规和技术规范,具备工程技术经济评价、工程概预算等方面能力。
                                  5. 具有较强的社会责任感和职业道德,良好的表达和沟通能力以及团队合作和组织管理能力,能在团队中作为骨干或者领导有效地发挥作用。
                                  6. 具有国际视野和良好的外语应用能力,能够在海外开展工作,进行沟通和交流。
                                  I. Educational objectives
                                  This major trains undergraduate students to be the high quality practical talents with the following abilities: having a higher social professional accomplishment; a sense of communication, cooperation and international vision; possessing basic theories and skills in the field of urban-rural land planning and management; and being able to conduct resource investigation, assessment, planning, designing and management in organizations such as the Land and Resources Management Department, the Urban-rural Construction Management Department, Urban-rural Land Planning and Designing Institutes, and Real Estate Development Enterprises.
                                  Five years after the graduation, the graduates are expected to achieve the following objectives:
                                  1. Possessing a solid foundation of basic natural-scientific knowledge such as Mathematics and Geography, with a good social scientific literacy; as well as having the ability of continuous study and adaptive development and satisfying social economic development requirements.
                                  2. Mastering basic theories and professional knowledge in the field of urban-rural land planning and being able to undertake related management work in the Land and Resources Management Department, the Urban-rural Construction Management Department, and Real Estate Development Enterprises, or conduct resource investigation, assessment, planning, and designing in Real Estate Development Enterprises.
                                  3. Possessing a solid foundation of computer and 3S technical knowledge and expertise and having a competitively professional development ability.
                                  4. Having a view of systematic and sustainable development; familiar with urban-rural land development related safety, environmental protection laws and regulations and technical specifications; possessing the ability of conducting engineering technical and economic assessment, and engineering budget.
                                  5. Having a strong sense of social responsibility and professional ethics, good presentation and communication skills, teamwork and organizational management skills, and the ability to act effectively as a backbone or leader in a team.
                                  6. Having an international vision and a good foreign language skill, and being able to work abroad and conducting communications.
                                  二、毕业要求
                                  1.工程知识:能够将数学、地理学、3S技术、城乡土地规划基础理论和专业知识用于解决城乡土地利用规划、土地开发整治规划设计等领域的复杂工程问题。
                                  2.问题分析:能够应用数学、地理学和城乡土地规划的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析城乡土地利用规划、土地开发整治规划设计领域土地评价、空间优化、资源区划等问题,以获得有效结论。
                                  3.设计/开发解决方案:能够针对城乡土地利用、土地开发整治进行规划和施工方案设计,并能够在规划、设计环节体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。
                                  4.研究:能够基于地理学的基本原理并采用统计学、运筹学方法对城乡土地规划领域复杂科学问题进行研究,具有获取数据,分析与解释数据,并通过信息综合得到合理有效结论的能力。
                                  5.使用现代工具:能够应用3S技术、统计学、运筹学方法等现代工具对城乡土地规划领域复杂科学问题进行分析、预测和模拟,并能够理解其局限性。
                                  6.工程与社会:能够基于地理学、环境科学等学科知识,对城乡土地规划方案和工程施工设计方案进行合理分析,评价其对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。
                                  7.环境和可持续发展:能够理解和评价城乡土地规划对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。
                                  8.职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在城乡土地规划编制和管理实践中理解并遵守职业道德和规范,履行责任。
                                  9.个人和团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。
                                  10.沟通:能够就城乡土地规划领域复杂科学技术问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令,并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。
                                  11.项目管理:理解并掌握城乡土地规划领域管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。
                                  12.终身学习:具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。
                                  Ⅱ.Requirements
                                  1. Engineering knowledge: being able to use Mathematics, Geography, 3S technologies, and Urban-rural Land Planning theories to resolve comprehensive engineering problems in fields of land use planning and land development planning and design.
                                  2. Problem Analysis: being able to use Mathematics, Geography and Urban-rural Land Planning Theories to identify and present research questions, and based on literature review to analyze land assessment, space optimization, and resource division questions for urban-rural land use planning and land development planning and designing, and to gain powerful conclusions.
                                  3. Designing or Development Solution: being able to conduct planning and construction designing for urban-rural land use and land development and regulation; and being capable to embody innovation consciousness and consider social, healthy, safety, legal, cultural and environmental factors during the planning and designing processes.
                                  4. Research: being able to study comprehensive scientific questions in the Urban-rural Land Planning field through Statistics and Operational Research Methods based on geographical knowledge, and possessing the ability to access data, analyze, explain results and achieve effective conclusions.
                                  5. Using modern tools: mastering 3S Technologies, Statistics, Operational Research methods to analyze, predict and simulate comprehensive research questions in the Urban-rural Land Planning field, and understanding the limitations.
                                  6. Engineering and Social Aspects: being able to combine geographical and environmental science knowledge to analyze the reasonability of the urban-rural land planning and construction designing projects and assess its social, healthy, safety, legal and cultural impacts and understand the responsibility.
                                  7. Environment and the Sustainable Development: Understanding and assessing the impact of Urban-rural Land Planning on the environment and the sustainable development of the society.
                                  8. Professional Norms: Possessing a good social scientific literacy and social responsibility, understanding and obeying professional ethics and norms in the urban-rural land planning and management practices.
                                  9. A Person and one’s team: Being able to undertake the role of an individual, a team member or a responsibility person in a team under the multiple discipline background.
                                  10. Communication Skills: Being able to conduct effective communications with the peer experts and the public regarding to comprehensively scientific and technological problems in fields of land use planning, including skills of writing report and designing documents, making a statement, articulating ideas and responding to instructions, and possessing an international vision and conducting communications in cross-cultural occasions.
                                  11. Project Management: understanding and mastering management principles and economic decision-making methods in the field of urban-rural planning, and applying them in multiple disciplinary environment.
                                  12. Lifetime study: possessing a sense of autonomic learning and lifetime study, and having the ability of continuous study and adaptive development.
